Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Design and Development:
      • Develop, design, and customize business applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven apps).
      • Create workflows and automation using Power Automate.
      • Build Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating them with data sources.
      • Develop Power Virtual Agents chatbots to improve customer service or internal processes.
    2. Data Integration:
      • Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing enterprise systems (such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other cloud-based or on-premise systems).
      • Ensure seamless data flow between various systems and Power Platform apps.
      • Use Common Data Service (Dataverse) for creating a centralized data model across applications.
    3. Customization and Extensibility:
      • Customize and extend the functionality of Power Platform tools using Power Fx (Power Apps formula language) and JavaScript for custom components.
      • Build custom connectors for Power Automate and Power Apps when needed.
    4. Deployment and Maintenance:
      • Support deployment, version control, and upgrades of Power Platform applications and solutions.
      • Maintain the apps, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and optimization.
      • Implement best practices for app development, including testing and debugging.
    5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
      • Ensure solutions meet business needs while also aligning with technical architecture and governance policies.
      • Provide training and guidance to end-users on Power Platform solutions.
    6. Governance and Security:
      • Ensure that all applications and automations comply with organizational security policies.
      • Work with the security and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and privacy standards are met.
