Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities- Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, SOPs, and process documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping tools- Gather and analyze operational data, performance metrics, and process KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and areas requiring process intervention- Collaborate with operations managers, team leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement process improvements and optimization initiatives- Conduct time and motion studies, capacity assessments, and workload analyses to identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements- Support process transition, migration, and stabilization activities for new business processes or client accounts being onboarded- Develop and maintain process performance dashboards, MIS reports, and operational scorecards for management review- Facilitate process review meetings, workshops, and training sessions to drive adoption of improved processes across teams- Monitor and measure the impact of process changes post-implementation and report outcomes with supporting data to stakeholders- Ensure all process documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines are kept current, accurate, and accessible to relevant teams at all times
