Job Description

• Full-time work from home job
• You are expected to design minimum 4-5 logo Concepts every day (along with the modifications for the previously designed logos to refine the previous logos fully for final delivery) from Monday to Saturday. In the initial days, we relax this clause and give 2-3 logos until you adjust to the pace. In addition, if you are not available on Sunday, we can make adjustments there as well. (this is based on the circumstances though, so please clarify this during discussion or training)
• You can ask for more workload if you have extra time. However, a high standard needs to be maintained regardless of the number of designs that you take up.
• We basically cater to the international clients from countries like US, UK, Australia and Canada so the standard of design that we are expecting is quite high. You also have to have a good understanding of native English so you can understand the project brief completely. You will however, be given assistance, should you have any issues understanding the project brief or would like some query resolution while designing the project.
• Design elements, color themes and concepts used in the designs should match standards as if it has been designed by a native of the country to which the client belongs and design has to be of global standard quality in final finishing and refinement.
• Designs should be 100% original. We do not tolerate plagiarism/ copyright violation of any sort. All designs are individually checked for copy issues.
• The hours of working are flexible. However, there are deadlines given for every assignment so you just need to make sure that you adhere to them strictly.
Selection process:
• you will have to design a sample logo on a given project brief provided by us and submit it within 24 hours
• After submission, we will pass your design through our quality check process. Your score has to be more than 8 out of 10 in order to move on to the next stage.
• Once your candidature is approved, you will go on to the orientation period, which will last for around 3-4 weeks.
• The orientation period is basically the training period during which you will be given guidance over the phone regarding all styles and formats of designs- understanding the brief, design elements refining, color choices, research specifics, setting the design according to exact project brief, etc.
• If you pass the orientation period successfully, your position in the company will become permanent
Rates offered:
• During orientation (first 2 to 3 weeks) You will receive Rs 120 per logo.
• After orientation - You will receiveRs 150 per logo.
• Any modification requested in your design should be sent within 12-24 hours. Any delay in sending modification will not be accepted. You are supposed to make modifications until the client is completely satisfied, so make sure you follow the clients feedback very closely.
• youll not get the modification on all logos.
Payment process after selection:
• First 2 weeks - Weekly payments through Net Banking. After that, payment will be made every 15 days through net banking procedure.
orWeekly payments through Net Banking. You will have to submit an invoice on Sunday (before midnight strictly) and the payment will be done by Monday Wednesday.
• We will only require your bank account details and other relevant details after you pass the selection test.
