Job Description

    Position -Sales Manager -NVOCCLocation - Chennai / MumbaiResponsibilities:
    • Identifying prospective Customers, Business Opportunities, Assessing Customer needs in terms of promoting our Liner Services primarily for Special Containers i.e. FR & OT.
    • Responsible for development of Special Container volumes & business Ex. Nhava Sheva primarily.
    • Providing rates to assigned clients as per their requirement for Different Sectors and Different Ports within Principals service profile.
    • Developing new customer base along with retention of existing clientele.
    • Follow-up with the Clients for Bookings on proposals and quotes offered & convert inquiries to firm bookings.
    • Driving the Sales & CS team for achieving volume/revenue targets.
    • Achieving individual volume/revenue targets set by Management.
    • Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and submitting the same to HODs.
    • Pro-activelysearch,qualify,developandengageinnewcustomerrelationships.
    • Provide after Sales support to all Existing and New Clients.
    • Designing & execution of Sales Strategies consistently across the assigned Zone.
    • Recoveries of outstanding payments (if any) within approved time-frame / limit.
