    Location Delhi/Gurugram/Noida/Mumbai/Bangalore Job Summary HR Solution Consultant is a pre-sales specialist role for Wipro HR Services. The role works with sales to respond to RFx s and consult clients to transform their HR Services and Technology to meet the changing demands of the business. The role is also required to interface with delivery and various support teams to create effective solutions & compelling proposals to meet the needs of the potential clients and win business for Wipro. Job Description Our HR Solution Consultant are subject matter experts in HR shared services and outsourcing, HR & related technology solutions. They are broad based HR business transformation consultants who specialize in integrating people strategy to business strategy through innovative technology infusion. The primary responsibilities of the HR Solution Consultant will be, Review RFx from the clients and respond to those within the defined timelines & constraints. Partner with sales to provide an efficient & enthralling HR solution to the clients. Perform discovery with the client s HR and related teams to analyze, design and develop transformational HR operating models to meet the changing business needs. Interface with delivery, transitions and various internal teams to define the right functional and technology solution based on the client s ask along with an effective plan to transition from the existing to the new business model ensuring zero disruption. Work with multi-tower functions to create joint propositions where relevant. Perform market research on open source to gather additional information about the clients and HR industry trends to tailor and create specific proposals. 2 Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted Develop thought leadership point of view & new service offerings to differentiate us in the marketplace. Perform commercial modeling & sizing along with the support teams. Participate in solution presentations, client visits showcasing capabilities and defending proposals through the deal cycle. Participate in creation of SOW and contracting with the client. Consult the client on HR process automation & transformation. Coach and train the junior roles to develop & grow in the pre-sales roles. Lead specific projects to build transformational capabilities in HR, upgrade standard collaterals and others. Lead partnership and vendor management programs. Job Skills & Experience The candidate must fulfill the stated criteria. Overall, work experience of 14-17 years in a professional environment having spent atleast 10-12 years in HR domain. Having both operational & solution experience will be an added bonus. Should have created HR solutions for the clients in a third party environment. Experience of delivering HR administration, payroll & talent management/recruitment processes for global clients. Experience in atleast one of the mainstream HCM platforms Workday, SAP, Oracle. Designing & delivering HR operating model for shared services/outsourcing. Experience in leading difficult client conversations to uncover business and system requirements, consult on HR processes and defend solutions. Passion for driving employee experience through digital HR innovations. Ability to lead and drive projects on HR transformations and third party partnerships. Adept with the current HR trends and ability to research. Excellent skills in MS Office tools (powerpoint, excel, word). The candidate must have the following in addition to the subject matter expertise: Demonstrable record of accomplishment in HR. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player. Drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work. Experience of running projects. People management skills will be an added advantage. Evidence of thought leadership and innovative thinking. Thrive in uncertain situations. Up for frequent travels both domestic and international.,
