Job Description

    Overall Summary-Position DescriptionThe US Media Platforms Senior Project Manager will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery and integration of dentsu US Media Platforms solutions. The US Media Plaforms area of responsibility includes all aspects of the media agency supply chain from research through media planning/activation, finance and advanced data integrations and solutions. This critical role will report directly to the Sr. Director, US Head of Media Platforms with dotted line responsibility to the SVP, Global Head of Media Platforms. As such, this position will primarily support US based projects at the onset but may be asked to additionally manage projects NA regional and/or global projects.Key Areas of ResponsibilityResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Ensure successful delivery of Media Platforms implementations and integrations across dentsu brands within Americas while working in close partnership with the Media Platforms Support team, internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide leadership in identifying, managing, and mitigating change and related risk across teams, processes, and workflows due to implementations and/or integrations of new or revised Media Platforms.
    • Support the US Media Platforms Product team in defining and delivering the optimal Media Platforms Supply Chain Solutions Architecture across Americas.
    • Conduct current state and target state process mapping of the Media Platforms Supply Chain.
    • Ensure successful planning and execution of systems integrations between Media Platforms and other inhouse or third party systems (i.e., Finance systems, Reporting solutions, etc.).
    • Project management for the implementation and integration of Media Platforms in Americas.
    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in support of business goals and work with senior leadership and stakeholders for approvals.
    • Guide, manage and support the delivery of projects and programs to ensure quality, and on-schedule and on-budget completion.
    • Track, and manage all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress against plans.
    • Build and maintain working relationships with team members, consultants/vendors, and other departments involved in multiple projects
    • Coordinate across functions to drive project objectives.
    • Identify and proactively resolve issues/conflicts within the project team.
    • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.
    • Prepare project status reports for upper management review.
    • Develop project plans, schedule and work breakdown structure for projects.
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure project staffing and resource planning
