Job Description

Overall ResponsibilityCandidates should be basically from the machine tool industry.Achieve assigned billing, booking revenue target for sales within timeline.Prepare budget/target with regards to projected Billing, Revenue and Expenses for the regionCustomer relationship management and maintaining excellent relationships with key accounts.Generate Business from New customers & Key Accounts.Improve & achieve conversion ratio targets.Ensure healthy pipelines for all principals to achieve monthly and yearly targets.Have adequate focus on all Principals/ divisions.Handle all customer complaints & take complete ownership until closure of the issue, manage grievances and improve the customer satisfaction level.
