Job Description

    As a UI/UX Designer at Daimlinc, you will play a key role in designing user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for both mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure designs are intuitive and aligned with business goals. Your core responsibilities will include:
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into innovative design concepts.
    • Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mock-ups to clearly communicate design ideas.
    • Conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
    • Creating and maintaining a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across products.
    • Working closely with developers to ensure design fidelity throughout the development process, providing guidance on implementation.
    Candidate Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar position.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
    • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, effective designs.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Required Skills:The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
    • User Interface (UI) Design
    • User Experience (UX) Design
    • Wireframing and Prototyping
    • HTML/CSS, JavaScript
    • API Integration
    • Theme Customization
    • Debugging and Version Control
    • Knowledge of frameworks such as Laravel, WordPress, and PHP for seamless integration with development processes
