Job Description

We are focused on building, running, improving and maintaining the utilities that help end customers on alerts. All of this is done while ensuring secure, reliable and consistent delivery of the platform.Partner with the bestYou will play a significant role in leading the design for major products and features. Youll set the design direction, define priorities, identify areas of opportunity, and lead design efforts from concept through launch and beyond.As an User Interface Engineer Senior II, you will be responsible for:
    • Collaborating with product teams to produce high-quality designs. Work on wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, prototypes etc for given requirements
    • Designing and maintain UI elements and assets for reuse across various projects
    • Developing a deep understanding of our product goals and technical details. Produce design experiences that balance user, business, and engineering goals
    • Knowing when and how to conduct generative and evaluative user research to drive engagement of the tools being designed
    • Being able to use feedback and incorporate changes to enhance user experience
    • Liaising with the core design team to ensure adherence to style guidelines, typography and graphic design principles
    Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:
    • Have the ability to break down complex problems into elegant user experiences
    • Have a portfolio of professional design work especially for enterprise web applications
    • Have an understanding of few of frontend technology stack (e.g. HTML / CSS / NodeJS / Angular)
    • Be an expert in UX/UI design skills. Use best practices preferably using a tool like Figma or similar tools
    • Have experience using collaboration tools like Confluence and project management tool like JIRA
