Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support accurate company billings; review customer agreements and ensure accurate billings for software licenses and renewals
    • Lead the design, implementation, and testing for the new database; continue to build out new functionalities as the company scales and the business evolves
    • Monitor customer software usage and coordinate with sales team on additional billing requirements
    • Work with product management team and ERP team on data requirements and integration needs
    • Integrate data from 2 or more systems
    • Drive change management and business process improvement
    • Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of accounting, finance, business operations, analytics
    • Employees will be required to work in the office in the beginning
    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    • 3-6 years of cross functional experiences in Accounting / Sales Finance / BI is a plus
    • Knowledge of ETL and data warehouse concepts and processes
    • Experience working with SQL to analyze large financial data sets is a plus
    • Ability to structure large data sets and think through complex data structuring/pipeline development
    • Drive to own projects and be seen as the go-to expert for a subject area
    • Strong inclination towards collaborating on a cross-functional team
    • Ability to explain technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
    • Enhance operational efficiency in a growth environment while maintaining fine attention to detail
    • Excited about working in a fast-paced environment with fluidity
