  1. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil. Knowledge in other Indian languages is a bonus (Telugu / Malayalam / Hindi) but not essential.
    • Good communication skills and proper etiquette are essential for any position!
  2. Organizational Skills:
    • Experience in handling management level coordination is preferred.
    • Good time management skills and multitasking ability.
  3. Customer or Client Service Orientation:
    • We believe a positive experience with every member of our team will reflect positively on our overall business. You must be able to smoothly work with clients/partners/vendors/others, find out what they need and want, and deliver it with ease.
About This Position:You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.Other Information:
  • Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with two coffee breaks (11:30 AM & 4:30 PM) and a lunch break (1:30 to 2:00 PM). Timings may extend in the evenings on some days.
