Job Description

Job Title: TelesalesLocation: Nngambakkam, ChennaiJob Type: Full-timeShift timings: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM.Experience: Min 1 Year of TelesalesSalary: 15K Net – 20K Net (Based on their Experience)Industry: Real EstateJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with multiple people each day to promote our products/services, generate leads, or handle customer queries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database (CRM)
  • Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
  • Provide accurate information and handle complaints or concerns professionally
Requirements:
  • English (C1) Advanced
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to remain calm and handle rejections positively
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
