  • Daily & Monthly OFAC review for various clients
  • Lost Policy Search review for various clients
  • Inventory control
  • Perform research in support of assigned team members
  • Manage department mailboxes
  • Call Back Complaint Processing
  • Complaint Handling Level 1
  • Acknowledgment Letter Preparation and mailing
  • Department Reporting
  • Department Document Updates
Requirements for this role include:
  • Associates degree, technical college or some college course work required
  • Ability to accurately and timely process transactions to meet and exceed customer SLAs
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to conduct research
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Ability to develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and services performed by the team
  • Flexible to work night shifts
Preferences:
  • 3-year applicable insurance experience
