Ltd.About the Team:We leverage digital tools & data, to connect the organization with its customers, providing multi-channel sales effectiveness & transactional margin optimization.What you can look forward to as Application Support Engineer:

  • Provide day to day 1st level support in CRM, Cloud contact centre and other applications for the Aftermarket teams.
  • Manage the configuration and administration of the cloud contact centre platform (Vonage SaaS Application).
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Coordinate and execute deployment of updates, patches, and new features.
  • Monitor system performance, call quality, and key metrics to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into contact centre performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on the contact centre platforms functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Manage licensing & usage of the system, performing needed clean-ups time to time, ensuring seamless on-boarding processes of users/customers, Support UAT testing.
  • Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from operational and technical perspective.
Your profile as Application Support Engineer:
  • Requires a bachelors degree in engineering or masters degree in science discipline, both preferably in computer science and 4-6 years of professional experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Service team issues.
  • 2-4 years demonstrated experience in Telecom, Networking or Application/Product support.
  • Experience with networking concepts including MPLS, QoS, VPN, basic network connections, and telephony systems like SIP tracking, SCB is an added advantage.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201).
  • Ability to create Knowledge base articles with effective solution methods.
  • Willing to work in flexible shift timing India & UK working hours shift and support, if needed.
