It is an opportunity to join a company that values employees, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and personal development.Job SummaryThe role holder should have 6-8 years of experience driving improvement & change in a complex, highly-matrixed organization at a global scope, with direct experience with design and development of content and partnering with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in ADDIE developing solutions with exposure to technology tools used in creating learning programs & pathways.
  • Knowledge of SAP Enable Now, Captivate, and Adobe Premier Pro is a must, while exposure to Cornerstone, Workday, and Skillsoft is a plus.
  • Experience with solutions such as LMS, LXP, Talent Marketplaces & Skills Ontologies that interact to provide value is essential.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with capability to understand the business, think innovatively, defend features and prioritization, write user stories, and drive roadmaps & timelines.
  • Adept at identifying holistic & effective solutions and translating high-level concepts into tangible deliverables.
  • A high drive, taking ownership & accountability with a proven track record of making quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design & create performance-improvement products & processes using digital methodologies, tools, & platforms.
  • Act as a Content Creator for select business solutions.
  • Wherever possible, leverage enterprise tools, licenses, platforms, preferred suppliers, measurement methodologies, & standards in the development of solutions.
  • Ensure excellent communication, teamwork, & alignment with key stakeholders, developing a curriculum & acting as a trusted partner.
  • Work closely with colleagues for many L&D initiatives starting with the design of solutions, creating the content, identifying the most appropriate design methodology that will enable learner experience & also be industry adept with the knowledge of tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Captivate, etc.
  • Drive value realization & optimization of solutions, continuously monitoring progress & tracking benefit realization & delivery of intended results.
  • Stay updated on relevant trends & innovations to continue to push how we design, develop, implement & evaluate L&D solutions.
