Job Description

You will be part of the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) department that operates across Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners, growing multi-disciplined and cross-functional projects primarily related to product improvement.Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain population list
  • Track progress on CIM cases in implementation phase
  • Control & maintain provisions in cooperation with CIM finance
  • Time study of work (input to task list)
  • Provide input and review of Functional Review presentations
  • Review of Work Instructions & Risk Assessment
  • Initiate validation & approval of the affected turbine population list
  • If required attend Steering Committee & Gate meetings
  • Contact for the Sales Business Units (SBU) in the implementation phase
  • Release and review of customer communication packages & Service Message
  • If required / requested - Prioritize and agree on implementation sequence (implementation plan) with Spare Parts and the relevant SBUs
  • Solution verification
  • Close down CIM cases/projects upon completion
  • If necessary, planning of specialized resources for implementation
  • Update of document package on the CIM portal. (Case summary, Verification & validation plan)
Qualifications
  • Engineering or business degree with 8 years of industry experience
  • Ability to continuously promote the change in the respective organizations - across Business Units, functions and cultures.
  • Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration - you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally)
  • Exposure to multi-culture and international organisation is desirable
  • Field experience in Wind Industry especially with Vestas WTGs will be preferred
  • Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma, SCRUM and gate models would be a value-added aspect.
  • Exposure to multi-culture and international organization is desired

  • Good communicator - verbal and in written
  • Fluent in English - written and oral
  • Good analytical skills are required
  • Technical interest and flair are preferred
