Job Description

OpportunityResponsible to leverage RCM infrastructure and to Collaborate with Vendors / Terminal Operators / Vessel crews in monitoring and hyper caring Reefer Cargo shipments.Cold Chain Excellence ExecutionChennai Process Expert (JL 2)and RequirementsResponsibilities:

  • Responsible to leverage RCM technology in monitoring Reefer Cargo shipments.
  • Operate with a customer-first mindset within the team, ensuring that there is common understanding and focus on adding value to Maersks bottom line.
  • Plan, follow-up and execute the Trial & hyper care projects and ensure that deviations and malfunctions are caught timelier and fitting actions are taken to avoid any major deviations to temperature readings.
  • Establish connects with Reefer technicians within the team and further work with RCM Product team in identifying/resolving technical bugs (if any).
  • Live the cultural amplifiers in ensuring that Focus, Simplicity and Teamwork are always demonstrated.
  • Ensure company vision, values & ethics are always upheld within team through professional behaviour and good team working ability.
  • Ensure all process-related communication is handled in a timely manner, and the issues requiring investigation are responded to, with root cause and concrete corrective action.
  • Maintain a pro-active approach on Customer Engagement at Leadership level, by offering suggestions/solutions and further strengthen the value chain.
  • Identify and propose changes that will support standardization and improve quality, timeliness, and productivity, resulting in increased efficiency levels.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Reefer Shipment and Equipment handling.
  • Previous knowledge of Maersk internal applications and tools such as GCSS, COMET, GSIS, SAP.
  • Knowledge in executing SQL, Macros.
Soft Skills:
  • Customer Orientation.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • A good team player.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with Vendors & suppliers challenge the Status Quo.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Willingness and flexible to work in all shifts (Note: Cold Chain Excellence Execution operates 24/7, so week offs may fall on any day of the week).
  • Working knowledge of MS office products and ability to quickly adapt to software.
  • Responsible to leverage RCM infrastructure and to Collaborate with Vendors / Terminal Operators / Vessel crews in monitoring and hyper caring Reefer Cargo shipments.
