Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer lifecycle.
  • Bridge the connect in between the client and Chai Point.
  • Responsible for driving consumable orders.
  • Maintain Customer satisfaction score.
  • Expedite solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Handling Invoicing dispute.
  • Payment Collections.
  • Co-ordination with internal team to deliver the best experience.
  • Visiting all the clients regularly.
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers.
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience in B2B Sales, B2B Relationship Management and Collections.
  • Should have worked in a role which required extensive traveling.
  • Should have experience of managing multiple simultaneous accounts & clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Willing to be on field.
  • Result orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
