  • To take care of smooth operation of all equipment
  • To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.
  • To provide the resource and time for HSE training, work places, accommodation and facilities for staff.
  • To attend HSE meeting and addressing HSE issues.
  • Ensure SO observation completion on time.
  • TBT for all associated team members
  • Ensure 100 PERCENT legal compliance
  • Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations.
  • Participating in emergency exercises
  • Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.
  • Attend safety committee meetings
  • Spread safety procedure across down team
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment and update in RAMCO
  • Ensure Closer of Checks complaints
  • Prepare daily engineering report
  • Ensure Permits & SOP implementation
  • Update all engineering logs in RAMCO
  • Ensure Daily Tags & MIS
  • Ensure AMC as per Contract
  • Prepare shift schedule of maintenance staff
  • Ensure PPM activities.
  • Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
  • To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same. Bring the same to the notice of management as required & follow engineering guidelines and Safety management system
