Project Role: Tech Delivery Subject Matter ExpertProject Role Description: Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.Must Have Skills:

Summary:As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accentures marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Manage and mentor junior professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the teams progress.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration.
  • Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in data migration and integration with other HR systems.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
