: Field Service TechnicianRequisition ID: 43577Job Location(s): Santiago, CLEmployment Type: Full TimeSegment: Danfoss Power Electronics and DrivesJob Function: R&D, Technology and EngineeringWork Location Type: On-siteDanfoss offers you the unique opportunity to join a professional global company with a clear growth agenda and a purpose of helping its customers, whether users or companies of all business segments.We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide technical and application support to internal, external sales, and customers including OEMs, system integrators, Distributors, and after-sales support (including product selection, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs) for Danfoss Variable Speed Drives in LAM region responsibility, based in Chile.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide technical product advice and post-sales support to internal and external customers.
• Work closely with Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives sales to demonstrate the value of the Variable Speed Drives product and its services related.
• Provide technical support as well as backup to customers on commissioning support (including creating and maintaining customer drawings and specifications), product queries, and technical issues and processing of service/warranty claims.
• Conduct product training for internal/external sales, customers, wholesalers, sales partners, and service partners.
• Carry out activities in accordance with Danfoss quality procedures.
• Carry out other duties as may be required from time to time.
• Plan and coordinate all resources required for timely completion of routine repair and maintenance activities.
• Provide frontline support for technicians.

• Preferably 3 years experience and above in the market.
• Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
• Independent, self-motivated, and self-organized.
• Result-oriented and eager to contribute.
• Good communication skills.
