Job Description

: Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer SolutionsLocation: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China; Shanghai, ChinaExperience: MidOverview:Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients or customers.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support the client management in this market.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across digital advertising products.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer.
  • Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
