Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition StatementThis position is concerned with the maintenance, repair, and operation of sound systems and associated equipment of the hotel including public address systems, security monitoring systems, in-house movie systems, background music systems, satellite systems, telephone systems, and fire alarming systems in the hotel, ensuring the highest quality maintenance and maximum client satisfaction.What will I be doing

General supervision of all technicians under his control and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction from the Duty Engineer.
Schedule repair & preventative maintenance for all equipment under his supervision.
Check the daily event orders and liaise with the Banquet Department to arrange for all the necessary audio/video system and lighting setup as required.
Check on all equipment and inventory record every month. Keep A/V plant room clean and tidy.
To manage the working tools, and register the team members name that had gotten the tool.

What are we looking forSpecific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

Knowledge of audio-visual systems, lighting systems, security monitoring systems, background music systems, satellite systems, telephone systems, and fire alarming systems.
Familiar with hotel engineering equipment maintenance and repair.
