  • Bachelors Degree AND 4 years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • You will drive and track success criteria of a feature group. Youll also partner with others to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with partners to garner support for that feature group.
  • You will demonstrate ability to define a feature set and will facilitate usability reviews with customers. Youll start to own a portion of the roadmap for a feature group, and will organize scenario walkthroughs to identify problems.
  • You will partner with Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. Youll also promote the group of features you worked on and co-present at large events.
  • You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas. Youll also begin to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers.
