This is a place where you can GROW, both personally and professionally, while expanding your skills in sales, customer success, and people management.Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Trainer serves as an expert in sales and technical resource to implement and lead the coaching and education adhering to business standards. As part of our organizations growth, this expansion role is a permanent position where you will be covering training across the APAC region.The Senior Sales Trainer will facilitate and deliver a focused training programme to the sales team strengthening client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver responsive programmes and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency and increasing productivity.The ideal candidate is an independent and proactive individual, with a highly organized thought-process to manage and innovate various SOP/training framework processes including compliance and quality auditing, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate thorough understanding on B2B health technology knowledge and its sales motion, ensuring new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills.
• Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of specific sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective training and development program designed to enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills associated with any of our sales motions.
• Prepares, delivers, and shares training through a wide variety of face-to-face sessions, webinars, and other virtual communication platforms by incorporating the latest product and functional (lead qualifications, sales, objection handling, etc.) questions.
• Lead a consistent and standard sales training framework to ensure sales readiness plans are delivered thoroughly to the employees ensuring they could attain sales revenue with sufficient product and sales knowledge.
• This includes supporting the introduction and implementation of new sales motions, new or existing products and services sales, defining trainings and certification plans in line with global directions, mapping the service sales cycle, and execution process and ensuring the field service delivery teams have the resources, tools and skills for service execution.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by streamlining communication and business processes to achieve overall service excellence.
• Conduct sales and services readiness trainings, 1:1 coaching sessions, and webinars to promote field awareness on selling techniques, sales and execution processes and standards.
• Contribute to the development of the process to track adoption of standards and processes that were delivered as part of the readiness initiative.
• Analyze and assess supported team members through call and work shadowing and email monitoring to design individual learning & development and readiness plans, monitor execution and development process and re-adjust plans if needed.
• Help create a culture of continuous learning where individuals take responsibility for their own development, competence, and performance.
• Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories.
• Oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of provided training.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.
• Maintain the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools to monitor sales agent progress and provide feedback on ramp-up process to coach and improve communication of individual sales agent.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding about the client, customer interaction, and evolving business environment to identify best practices and ensure competence of said best practice.

• Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in training, sales, or customer service capacity; experience in B2B sales delivery training is preferred.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin languages to deliver sales training; the ability to converse in Korean/Japanese language will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or prior experience in the medical/pharmaceutical or engineering/manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Based in Dalian office, you will provide both technical and soft skills training for the sales team across the APAC region, including China, Manila, South Korea, and Japan.
• Proficient communication skills with engaging presentation skills, and able to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to identify training needs and support the development of programmes, prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and abilities in negotiating with and influencing customers and stakeholders at all levels.
