Job Description

Team Lead R&D CNBKRequisition ID: 42927Job Location(s): Wuqing, CNJob Responsibilities

  • Lead and development of the CNBK R&D BOCK team, with up to 8-10 employees.
  • Responsible for the development activities in regards of the fulfillment of timetables, cost goals, and further technical deliverables.
  • Capacity and project planning of year-over CNBK R&D activities.
  • Alignment and reporting to R&D CC PL92 BOCK Germany.
  • Ensure product compliance and certificates for China.
Background & Skills
  • Bachelor or Master-degree in engineering.
  • Leadership skills and experience in leading and developing a team.
