Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Lead the implementation and optimization of AB tests using AB Tasty across various digital platforms
    • Collaborate with product managers designers and marketing teams to understand the business goals into highperforming experiments
    • Write clean efficient and scalable frontend code using HTML CSS and JavaScript
    • Debug and troubleshoot issues related to test deployment performance and user experience
    • Ensure crossbrowser and crossdevice compatibility for all experiments
    • Maintain documentation and best practices for AB Tasty usage and frontend development standards
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
    Required Skills
    • Expertlevel proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript
    • Handson experience with AB Tasty or similar AB testing platforms
    • Strong debugging and problemsolving skills in web environments
    • Familiarity with browser developer tools and performance profiling
    • Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization strategies
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Knowledge of tag management systems eg Google Tag Manager
    • Experience working in agile teams
    • Exposure to analytics tools preferably GA4 and datadriven decisionmaking
    • Knowledge of tag management systems and event tracking strategies
