Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Works closely with Lam Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs to determine the best technology solution
Provide analysis and deep insights to business needs and challenge and enable the best fit and technology solution
Deep expertise in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Inbound logistics, Costing, Supplier invoicing, etc. and Supplier Collaboration, e.g., forecast, inventory, PO management, Costing, Capacity availability, Constraints, etc.
Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement
Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organizations future-state business capabilities
Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer science, Technology, Operations or equivalent work experience
10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP) with more focus on MM and supplier collaboration tools
Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP and Non SAP systems like No code /Zero code kind of applications
Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that includes: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion
Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently or with limited direction

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform
Cross functional knowledge in SAP - WM,SD and Finance.
Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus
