Trusted by and working in direct collaboration with the Department of Education, we operate at the intersection of curriculum, innovation, and real-world impact reaching learners across borders and backgrounds.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a creative and technically capable Content & Media Production Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for producing and refining educational video content, designing and developing newsletters, creating marketing assets, and making precise amendments to lesson materials and books using Canva and complementary tools.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduce and edit educational video lessons using Canva, Loom, Descript, or equivalent tools including scripting, recording, captioning, and exporting.Design, write, and develop newsletters using Canva templates and an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar).Create marketing content social media graphics, promotional banners, ad creatives, and campaign assets primarily within Canva.Amend, update, and reformat lesson materials and book content in Canva or Adobe tools.Apply corrections, feedback annotations, and structural edits to educational documents and workbooks.Collaborate with subject matter experts and teachers to bring curriculum content to life visually.Manage file organisation, version control, and asset libraries within shared workspaces.Ensure all outputs meet accessibility and readability standards for the intended learner audience.REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLSCanva Pro / Teams Loom / Descript Mailchimp / BrevoBook & document editing Screen recording Social media toolsAdobe Acrobat / PDF Google DriveYOU WILL IDEALLY HAVEProven advanced Canva experience including custom templates, brand kits, and multi-page document layouts.Experience producing educational or instructional video content.Hands-on experience designing and sending newsletters via an email marketing platform.Familiarity with book or workbook amendment workflows.An eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.Strong written communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience in an educational, training, or e-learning environment is an advantage.NICE TO HAVEAI-assisted content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper).Basic video editing in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.Familiarity with an LMS platform (Google Classroom, Teachable, Moodle).Social media scheduling tools such as Buffer or Later.Knowledge of accessibility standards for educational content.WHAT WE OFFERA creative, purpose-driven environment producing meaningful educational content.Access to a full suite of professional tools.Collaborative team with subject matter experts and educators.Opportunity to shape and grow the content function as the organisation scales.
