Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Voice Process Associate. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers, provide excellent customer support, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain high service standards.Key Responsibilities- Handle customer interactions via voice calls professionally.- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.- Update customer records and document interactions accurately.- Follow company policies, compliance, and communication guidelines.- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.Required Skills- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.- Neutral or clear accent with good pronunciation.- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Eligibility Criteria- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.- Minimum age: 18 years.- Prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in international customer support or voice process.- Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software.- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.Work Environment- Rotational shifts including night shifts.- 5-day working workplace depending on process requirements.- Work from Office / Hybrid / Work from Home (as applicable).Salary & Benefits- Competitive salary package.- Incentives and performance bonuses.- Cab facility (for night shifts, if applicable).- Training and career growth opportunities.- Paid leaves and employee engagement activities.Compensation: 18,000.00 - 34,169.58 per monthBenefits:- Cell phone reimbursement- Commuter assistance- Food provided- Health insurance- Life insurance- Provident FundWork Location: In person Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Voice Process Associate.
