Job Description

    As a candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the ERP or software industry, you will play a crucial role in project management. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently scheduling and executing projects, preparing presentations to update senior management on project progress, delegating tasks to team members, and tracking project risks and opportunities.Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in liaising with clients to determine project objectives and organizing stakeholder meetings. With your strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset, you will be expected to look for ways to increase project profitability and reduce expenses, while ensuring deadlines are met.Additionally, your ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and lead project team meetings will be critical in the successful delivery of projects. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms is a plus, and being able to speak Hindi and English will be advantageous in this role.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, this position based in Coimbatore could be the next step in your career.
