Job Description

    You will be overseeing the Sales Coordination team at MEF Tech Support Private Limited in Coimbatore, India. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining high-quality customer service, and fostering collaboration across MEFs international operations.- Lead, supervise, and mentor the Sales Coordination team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries through SAP and Oracle ERP.- Manage day-to-day operations to uphold exceptional customer service standards and efficient order-to-cash processes.- Serve as the ERP subject matter expert, supporting process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and guiding team members on system best practices.- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally, collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement effective solutions.- Track service metrics, analyze performance data, and recommend actionable improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture by providing ongoing coaching and training to drive high performance and professional development.Qualifications:- Proven experience leading Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Coordination teams, preferably in a marine supply, trading, logistics, or B2B environment.- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms.- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to interpret customer service KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process enhancements.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.In addition to a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, at MEF Tech Support Private Limited, you will have opportunities for continuous learning, including ERP system training.
