Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from multiple sources (internal and external) for analysis.
Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business processes and strategies.
Reporting & Visualization: Prepare and present regular reports with actionable insights and visualizations (e.g., graphs, dashboards) using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or others.
Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable data insights to drive decisions.
Data Modelling: Build and maintain complex data models that support business analysis and forecasting.
Optimization: Suggest improvements in business operations based on data insights, and identify areas of inefficiency or opportunity.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the analysis process.
Automation & Scripting: Develop automated data pipelines or scripts to streamline data processing tasks and improve efficiency.

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Understanding of database management and data querying.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (this can vary depending on the level of the position).

Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for data storage and processing.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Certification in data analytics tools or platforms is a plus.
