Job Description

    Role Overview:As an ERP Technical Consultant (Baan V / Infor LN) IT at Flex located in Coimbatore, your role involves working with extraordinary teams to build great products and contribute to the companys growth. You will be responsible for handling customizations on a highly customized baan4/baan5 environment, working on the Infor Ln Tools Application Development module, and collaborating with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Estimate time based on development specifications for developments using Baan Tools- Develop new components/customize existing components in baan4 and baan5/Infor Ln development environment using Infor Tools- Test customizations/new developments as per user requirements- Create patches/dumps on Baan 4 and baan5 and install them on servers- Analyze existing components and optimize them for performance- Troubleshoot and debug errors arising from Baan application- Document development and testing activities- Adhere to development rules/guidelines- Components include Sessions, tables, domains, forms, scripts, Dal, DAL-2, User exits, Reports, DOM, labels, extensionsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in IT or related fields- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT and 3 years of experience in Baan V / Infor LN- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions in BaanV/Infor LN ERP system- Sound knowledge of Baan application development using Baan Tools/Infor LN- Strong SQL knowledge- Testing and debugging skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn continuously- Good communication skills both written and verbal- Day shift availability (8am-5pm / 11am-8pm)Additional Details:Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner known for helping market-leading brands design, build, and deliver innovative products that make a positive impact on the world.
