Job Description

    We are Hiring Microbiologist for Udumalpet Location.Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for ensuring the smooth working of the microbiology lab in the assigned region by conducting periodic audits.
    • Responsible for collecting and testing the unit-wise samples/other region samples from the hatchery and feed unit on a daily basis and submit reports to the reporting manager.
    • Coordinate with the reporting manager
    • Monitor for any deviation in the vaccination and antimyco plasma schedule and submit reports to the reporting manager.
    • Responsible for conducting bio-security audits and submit section-wise reports to the section head on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Accountable for maintaining the lab chemical and medicine consuming list section-wise along with the budget/expenses for analysing the requirements.
    • Develop and monitor processes to ensure effective quality assurance within the laboratory and for maintaining accreditation with relevant agencies.
    • Fixing vaccine schedule by discussing with regional doctors for ensuring the health of the birds
    Required skills:
    • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the laboratory methods related to microbiology
    • Experience in feed production
    • High on integrity
    • Excellent communication verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Effective networking skills
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal stakeholders
    • Process Expertise: Data Analysis
