Job Description

    Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India, formed in 2017 through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil. Rentokil PCI aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 250 locations in India.Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive at Rentokil PCI, your primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. You will work towards achieving New Sales Productivity, Renewal, and Collection targets while reporting to the Branch Manager. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities and upselling opportunities- Execute sales promotion activities in the assigned territory- Achieve all Sales KPIs on a monthly basis- Identify and follow-up with prospective customers promptly- Maximize conversion of enquiries into orders- Ensure renewals in line with Company Expectations- Keep track of business opportunities in the assigned territory- Prepare and update the MPG regularly- Maintain service quality and good liaison with customers- Prepare and submit reports to customers on time- Address and resolve complaints in collaboration with Operations and Back Office- Conduct detailed inspections and SRA at clients sites- Prepare quotations for customers and gather feedback- Set correct customer expectations regarding pest management- Maintain accurate customer information in the system- Coordinate service scheduling with Service PlannersQualifications Required:- Any Graduate (Any stream)- Freshers Can Apply (0 - 4 years of experience)- Mandatory: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license- Languages: Local Language and EnglishAdditional Company Details:At Rentokil PCI, values such as Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Learning & Development, Openness & Transparency, and Performance Orientation are integral to our mission and vision.
