Job Description

    As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the financial performance of the organization. Your typical day will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to address operational concerns and ensure the financial health of the organization is maintained. Your role will be pivotal in driving performance and ensuring that financial strategies align with the overall goals of the organization.Expected to be an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to make decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. You will be responsible for providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitating training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with financial objectives.In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is a must-have. Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance is considered a good-to-have skill. You should possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends, along with the ability to create detailed financial reports and presentations. Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as familiarity with financial modeling techniques, will be beneficial in this role.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
