Job Description

    Job Highlights

    Overall responsibilities :
    1. To lead, oversee and completely manage Marketing and Service functions
    2. To create a system to manage and assess the performance of the team.
    3. To monitor, measure and report to Management on achievements within agreed formats and time scales.
    4. To create and be accountable for business growth strategies and their execution
    5. To play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    1. 15-20 years of extensive experience in handling Marketing and Service of industrial capital products.
    2. Should also have significant experience leading, overseeing and managing both these functions.
    3. Age - between 38-45 years
    Essential knowledge and skills required :
    1. Should have comprehensive knowledge and experience in the entire gamut of marketing and servicing of industrial products
    2. Strong industry knowledge expected
    3. Should have excellent communication and strategic thinking skills to influence and communicate, both in writing and orally
    4. Should have excellent leadership, sales, and customer service skills. Should be a well organised good leader and a team player
    5. Should be able to travel as required by the job
