Job Description

    As an HR Executive-Generalist with 4 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling HR functions in the Mechanical Engineering domain, specifically in manufacturing and machining units. Your role will involve leading a team of 3-5 members and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a degree in any field, with an MBA being preferable. Additionally, having a good understanding of Hindi would be highly appreciated. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Coimbatore.In this role, you will be expected to have at least 3 years of experience in HR and 3 years of experience in the engineering domain.
