    WERE HIRING | Manager / Assistant Manager Human Resources (HR)Location: Coimbatore Experience: 8-10 Years Salary: 60,000 per monthWe are looking for an experienced Manager / Assistant Manager HR to join a leading Fashion & Apparel company.Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have prior experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Garments, Textile, or Home Textile industry.     • End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
    • Employee Engagement & Culture Building
    • Performance Management System (PMS)
    • Learning & Development & Career Development
    • HR Operations, Payroll Support & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI & Labour Laws)
    Requirements:
    • 8-10 years of HR experience
    • Mandatory experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Garments, Textile, or Home Textile industry
    • Strong expertise in Recruitment, PMS, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
