Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hydraulic Engineer to join our team at a well-interventionmanufacturing company. As a Hydraulic Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, analyze, andimplement hydraulic systems for various well intervention equipment. This position requires a deepunderstanding of hydraulics, as well as the ability to produce detailed hydraulic drawings and specifications.Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop hydraulic systems for well intervention equipment, ensuring optimal performance
    and adherence to industry standards.
    • Conduct detailed analysis of hydraulic systems, including flow rates, pressure requirements, and system
    response.
    • Create technical specifications and hydraulic drawings, utilizing software tools and drafting techniques.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers,
    and manufacturing technicians, to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems within wellintervention equipment.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate hydraulic components, such as valves, pumps, actuators, and hoses, to
    meet system requirements.
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of hydraulic systems, identifying and resolving any
    performance issues or design flaws.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing technicians during the assembly and
    installation of hydraulic components.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations in the design and implementation
    of hydraulic systems.Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven working experience as a Hydraulic Engineer, preferably in the well intervention or oil and gas
    industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of hydraulic theory, principles, and applications.
    • Proficiency in using hydraulic design software and drafting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex
    hydraulic issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
    multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and comprehensive hydraulic drawings.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards, such as API and ISO.
