Job Description

    Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Global & Domestic Markets)Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)Shift: Rotational / Flexible (Must be willing to align with US/UK or Indian business hours as needed)Experience: 1 - 4 YearsThe Opportunity: Nutrialgo is a fast-growing, ISO & GMP certified manufacturer of premium health foods. We are looking for a versatile Sales Executive to drive revenue across two major fronts: High-volume domestic orders (India) and High-value export deals (US, UK, GCC).Role Objective: You will act as both a Hunter (cold calling international prospects) and a Connector (closing inbound domestic leads). Your goal is simple: Convert conversations into Purchase Orders, whether the client is in Chennai or Chicago.Key Responsibilities:
    • Full Cycle Sales: Own the entire pipeline. From the first interaction -> Qualification -> Sending Samples -> Negotiation -> Closing the Deal.
    • Global Outreach (Outbound): Execute high-energy cold calls to international prospects (B2B Bulk/Exports) in the US, UK, and GCC markets.
    • Inbound Response (Domestic): Rapidly respond to and convert leads coming from IndiaMart, our Website, and Social Media into immediate orders.
    • Consultative Selling: Educate clients on product specifications, health benefits, and compliance (ISO/GMP) to build trust and authority.
    • CRM Discipline: Maintain 100% accurate logs of every call, lead status, and deal stage in Zoho CRM.
    Who You Are:
    • The Communicator: You possess a neutral English accent for international clients, and you are fluent in Tamil for local clients. (Fluency in Hindi is a massive advantage).
    • The Closer: You have high energy and thick skin. You are comfortable making cold calls and handling price objections without backing down.
    • The Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Voice Sales. (Prior experience in FMCG, Health, Nutraceuticals, or Retail is a distinct advantage).
    • The Flexible Pro: You are adaptable and willing to work flexible shifts (including late evenings) to capture international business opportunities.
