Job Description-Experience: 3 YearsLocation: Remote / Later on will be Hybrid( Hyderabad, Chennai)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer . The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart, BloC and backend integrations, with a solid understanding of modern app architecture, state management, and clean code principles.Key Responsibilities:Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter and DartBuild reusable and modular components using GetX or BLoC state managementIntegrate with RESTful APIs and backend services (using Dio, HTTP)Implement Firebase services like Authentication, Firestore, and Push NotificationsManage application performance and optimize UI/UX for seamless user experienceCollaboration & Code QualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and QAParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to Clean Architecture and coding standardsUse Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD workflowsTesting & DeploymentWrite unit test cases using Mockito and ensure code reliabilityManage app releases and deployment to Google Play Store and App StoreUse Crashlytics, JIRA, and Freshdesk for issue tracking and bug resolutionIntegration & MaintenanceIntegrate payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayU, PayPal)Handle analytics, notifications, and security integrationConduct periodic app performance tuning and refactoring for scalabilityRequired Skills:Strong proficiency in Flutter and DartExperience with Kotlin or Java for Android, and Swift (basic understanding) for iOSSolid understanding of app architecture (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture)Proficient with state management tools GetX, Bloc, ProviderStrong understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, and mobile design patternsExperience with Git, JIRA, Crashlytics, and TrelloKnowledge of Python/Django or WordPress is a plusQualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skillsBonus / Good-to-Have:Experience developing consumer-facing apps with high user engagementKnowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or PWAPrevious experience leading a small development teamPay: 500,000.00 - 600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Provident FundApplication Question(s):What is your notice period What is your ctc and ectc What is your current location Experience:Flutter: 3 years (Preferred)dart: 3 years (Preferred)BloC: 2 years (Preferred)total: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
