Job Description

    As an L2 Level Technical Support Engineer at Sun Data Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to the IT team. Your responsibilities will include:- Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues for end-users.- Handling and escalating ISP-related issues to appropriate vendors when necessary.- Configuring and troubleshooting routers, modems, and firewalls.- Setting up and maintaining IoT devices.To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in L2 technical support or an equivalent role. Additionally, you should possess a strong grasp of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, and DNS.
