This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software architecture strategies to meet evolving business needs. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture. - Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to custom software development. - Experience in managing and optimizing software performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact project success. - Familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools that support collaborative software engineering. - Capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
