    As the Lead - Social Media and Branding at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, your role involves leading the colleges digital presence to build and enhance the institutions brand across various social media platforms. Your focus will be on engaging with students, faculty, alumni, and the wider community through strategic content, campaigns, and analytics to strengthen the colleges reputation, increase visibility, and support institutional goals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the overall social media strategy in alignment with institutional goals- Strengthen the colleges brand presence and reputation across digital platforms- Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing for all official social channels- Drive engagement with students, parents, alumni, and external stakeholders- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to showcase achievements and initiatives- Monitor digital trends and innovate content approaches to maintain relevance- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights- Manage online community interactions professionally and protect brand image- Support admissions, events, and outreach through targeted digital campaigns- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platformsQualifications Required:- Any DegreeIn this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and branding to effectively carry out the responsibilities and contribute to the colleges goals.
