Job Description

    Job Summary: The HR Payroll Executive is responsible for processing employee salaries, maintaining payroll records, handling attendance and leave data, and ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and process monthly payroll.
    • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
    • Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
    • Update employee payroll information in HR software.
    • Generate payroll reports and salary slips.
    • Resolve employee payroll queries.
    • Ensure confidentiality of employee salary data.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.
    • Experience with MS Excel and payroll software.
    • Good communication and accuracy in work.
