Job Description

    Job Summary:We are hiring a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to assist physicians by documenting patient interactions in real-time during medical examinations. The role requires excellent listening, typing, and comprehension skills, as youll be responsible for accurate and timely entry of patient medical records.Key Responsibilities:
    • Document physician-patient interactions accurately and in real-time using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
    • Update patient charts, histories, and physical examination findings.
    • Transcribe medical reports, discharge summaries, operative reports, and other clinical documentation.
    • Ensure documentation adheres to clinical and legal standards.
    • Coordinate with healthcare providers for clarifications and data completeness.
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA standards.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or any medical-related field.
    • Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficient in typing (40 WPM) and MS Office tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Experience with EHR systems (preferred but not mandatory).
