This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will have a strong expertise in Excel and be keen to apply their skills in data report analysis and home textile product tracking. Strong communication in Tamil and English is essential.Qualifications And Skills Proficient in Excel, including advanced functionalities such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros to ensure efficient data management. Experience in data report analysis, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights. Capability to maintain comprehensive product tracking registers within the home textiles industry for accurate record-keeping. Excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English to facilitate smooth interactions with team members and other stakeholders. Ability to coordinate effectively within a team with proven capabilities in warehouse management and inventory control. Competence in preparing detailed meeting reports that accurately reflect discussions and decisions for strategic planning. Skilled in creating catalogues and other marketing materials that align with the companys branding and product offerings. A background in textiles is a must, providing the foundational understanding necessary for effective performance in this role.Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to track and analyze key business metrics and operations. Interpret and analyze data, generating insights and recommendations for business process improvement and decision-making. Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers for tracking home textile products from production to warehouse storage. Engage with team members in Tamil and English to ensure clear communication and collaboration across departments. Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline inventory management, improving efficiency and accuracy. Prepare detailed and informative meeting reports that assist in project planning and execution. Create visually appealing and informative catalogues to promote product lines and facilitate sales efforts. Work closely with marketing and production teams to integrate feedback and enhance the design and development of textile products.,
