Job Description

    Job Title: Network Operations Lead Experience: 12 to 18 years Location: Coimbatore Employment Type: Full-timeJob Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Network Operations Lead to oversee and manage our network infrastructure and team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in designing and maintaining secure, scalable network solutions.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor the network operations team
    • Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN/firewall/wireless infrastructure
    • Ensure network security, compliance, and high availability
    • Manage network-related projects end-to-end
    • Troubleshoot complex network issues and improve performance
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
    Required Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security measures
    • Proficiency in tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco management platforms
    • Experience in project management and team leadership
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation best practices
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
    • 5 years in networking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
    • Preferred certifications: CCNP, Network, CISSP, or equivalent
    • Willing to work in a hybrid model and support 24x7 operations
